Arrival and Late Policy

To ensure that we can provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to prepare the treatment room and ensures that you receive your full allotted time for your treatment.

If you happen to arrive late for your appointment, please understand that we may need to make adjustments to your treatment. In some cases, we may need to shorten or cancel certain aspects of the treatment in order to accommodate our next scheduled client. Despite any adjustments made, the full scheduled appointment fee will still apply.

We value your time as well as the time of our other clients, and we strive to maintain a smooth schedule for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

When booking an appointment with Skindulge, a 20% deposit is required to secure your reservation. We kindly remind you of our cancellation and no-show policy during the booking process, and this information is also available on our booking system.

We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to change or cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the available time slot to another client.

If the 24-hour notice is not provided for a cancellation, a charge of 20% of the treatment cost will be applied. In the case of a no-show, where you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, the full charges for the appointment time will be applied.

Please note that this cancellation and no-show policy also applies to voucher holders and members.

We strive to accommodate our clients' needs and provide them with ample time to reschedule their appointments. By adhering to this policy, you help us maintain our schedule and ensure that all clients receive the best possible service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation Policy:

Notice for Cancellation: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fee: If a client does not provide the required 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling, a charge equivalent to 20% of the treatment cost will be applied.

No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, where a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without any prior notice, the full charges for the appointment time will be applied.

Refund Policy for Injectables: No Refunds: Please be aware that due to the medical nature of injectable treatments, we do not offer refunds for any injectable procedures once they have been administered. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of our medical services.

Consultation and Informed Consent: Consultation: Prior to receiving any treatments, clients are required to undergo a consultation with our cosmetic nurse. During this consultation, the client will be informed about the treatment, its potential risks and benefits, and any alternative options.

Informed Consent: Clients must provide informed consent for any treatments administered by our cosmetic nurse. This consent affirms that the client understands the nature of the treatment, its potential side effects, and agrees to proceed with it voluntarily.

Disclaimer: Results may vary: Please be aware that the results of cosmetic treatments may vary from person to person. Individual outcomes depend on factors such as the client's unique physiology and adherence to post-treatment care instructions.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers purchased may only be redeemed in the business of purchase.

  • Gift vouchers may be partially redeemed and the balance used at a later date, provided before expiry.

  • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. The purchase contract is concluded with the service provider.

  • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on public holidays

  • Gift Voucher must be presented on upon arrival

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee be charged to credit card when the booking was made.

  • No Show if you do not show up to your appointment this will result in voucher been redeemed in full.
